Portable exposes aspiring talents allegedly trying to secure a deal with charms

Popular Nigerian singer and songwriter, Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has exposed aspiring artists in his vicinity who tried to use charms to secure a record deal with him.

In a video posted on his Instagram story on Friday, January 12, 2024, Portable expressed his frustration after discovering two individuals trying to use charms on him for a record label signing.

According to the singer, these individuals had initially approached him for a deal, but when asked to showcase their talent, they failed. Portable then instructed them to leave.

Despite being dismissed, the duo allegedly rented an apartment near his studio and resorted to making charms.

Portable claimed they later returned with these charms, with one of them stabbing him in the hand, while the other threatened him with the charm on the floor, warning of dire consequences if he didn't comply.

Portable noted that he was not scared but stood strong despite what happened. He made a video exposing the two people online, and a lot of people commented, sharing their thoughts about the incident.
