As the 2023/24 English Premier League gets close to its end, the three major contenders ( Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester City) for the trophy will be looking ro ensure that they do not drop any points in their last ten games.
Manchester City seem to have a lot to worry about going into the final set of games as they will be without their number-one shot stopper, Ederson for at least four weeks. The Brazil international suffered an injury in the game against Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday, March 10, 2024.
Emerson collided with Liverpool's forward player, Darwin Nunez in the second half which earned the Reds a penalty that was converted by Mac Allister. He was substituted some minutes later after the incident as he could not continue the match.
This injury means that Ederson will be out for at least four weeks and this rules him out of the Premier League clash against Arsenal.
