Samuel Chukwueze had an assist as AC Milan played out a thrilling 3-3 draw against Genoa at the San Siro on Sunday.

It is Chukwueze’s third assist in 23 league appearances in the Serie A this campaign.

Chukwueze set up Florenzi with a delightful cross to head home and bring the score at 1-1 on 45 minutes.

Mateo Retegui had given Genoa a five minute lead when he converted from the penalty spot.

Just three minutes into the second half, Genoa went 2-1 up through Caleb Ekuban.

Milan scored two quick goals on 72 and 75 minutes thanks to Matteo Gabbia and Olivier Giroud respectively.

But an own goal by Milan’s Malick Thiaw saw Genoa draw level in the 87th minute.

Despite the draw, Milan still occupy second place on 71 points in the league table.
